In this key role you will be responsible for driving the business unit of a successful major category. In addition you will be planning and executing all commercial activities to ensure on-going targets are achieved as well as managing a range of complex stakeholders. 
To be successful in this dynamic role you will have extensive experience and a proven track record in marketing within the FMCG distribution sector. You will also possess advanced negotiating skills, strong commercial acumen and the ability to strategically think long term. In addition you will be degree qualified and posses a hands on approach. 

You will also be leading and motivating the sales force, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volume and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
