Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

People Management:

Lead by example in coaching, Lean TPM, safety, and quality.
Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene, and legal norms.
Monitor adherence to HR policies and union agreements.
Drive people development aligned with business needs.
Plan the workforce based on demand and seasonality.
Execute performance management and timely appraisals.

Process Management:

Follow PMS, meeting routines, and reporting systems.
Develop and enforce Brewing & Processing standards.
Use Lean TPM to solve performance issues.
Contribute to site strategy with senior management.
Support the site’s Long-Term Development Plan.

Performance Management:

Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Set and monitor departmental KPIs.
Promote Carlsberg Excellence and share best practices.

Functional Management:

Track key KPIs: RFT, Loss, Utilities, Taste Score, etc.
Ensure compliance with COM B&P standards.
Support VIPEX, NPD, and capital projects.
Lead Autonomous Maintenance improvements.
Approve Brewing, Filtration, and Maintenance plans.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Food Engineering.
Certified Brewmaster (SSB, VLB, or equivalent)
5+ years in B&P, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven ability in budgeting, people, and plant development
Solid knowledge of Lean TPM and process tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Skills:

Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
Proficiency in English preferred
