As an Enterprise Partner Account Executive, you play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing new business opportunities primarily through strategic partnerships within the enterprise market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Market Research:
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify and understand evolving industry trends and opportunities.
  • Generate new business leads predominantly through partnerships and by leveraging existing connections within the industry.
  • Establish yourself as a knowledgeable advisor, providing actionable insights and tailored solutions to potential clients, partners.
  • Account Development:
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with key enterprise partners and clients.
  • Deeply understand the business needs of your clients and propose customized solutions to their challenges.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving sustained revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery through to closing deals.
  • Engage with decision-makers within large enterprises, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitable business deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Promptly address client issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Seize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the enterprise segment to maximize revenue.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to create client-focused solutions.
  • Engage in strategic discussions to enhance services and uncover new business opportunities, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and responsive to market needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, particularly within the enterprise sector and with a focus on partnership-driven sales strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise market dynamics, especially the role of partner ecosystems in sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and persuading stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics platforms, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Presales experience is advantageous
