Education Level	:	Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 5 years

At least 5 years of experience in advertising for all forms of mass media including Above-the-Line, Below- the-Line and Through- the- Line and direct marketing
Advertising Agency background is highly preferred
Exceptional new business and client facing skills
Well-versed in all forms of media including direct mail, print, broadcast, non- traditional media, as well as interactive/online marketing programs
Experience in growing, managing and inspiring staff members, strong leadership and organizational skills

The Client Services Head will lead Client Service Department and will be day-to-day focal person of the Department
Management of the business and the ability to sell new ideas and solutions to existing and potential clients
Build strategic relationship with clients
Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients
Mentor and develop team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work.
Ensure regular communication flow with existing and prospective clients
Support management in business development
Act as a bridge between clients and creative department to facilitate project delivery
Represent organization during meeting with clients and put forward impressive and doable ideas to meet client’s brand development needs.
Lead the management of brand development events of the clients
Other duties as assigned by management
