Ability to work under pressure, meet inflexible deadlines and deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composure.
Reporting (Daily, Monthly or as and when needed) is to be done to higher authorities.
Managing Branch staffs
To manage the services and the operations function of the customer services.
To authorize and approve daily transactions within the delegated authority and when necessary.
To implement control mechanism that will ensure operations in the Branch in accordance with basic operational risk principles.
To rollout new guidelines relating to operations to both Branch Operations and Branch Sales/Marketing team and report it to head office.
To keep operating expenses under control and within the agreed budget level.
To strictly implement stringent service standards and monitor performance of team to ensure high quality customer service is provided.
Consistencies and high processing standards within the area of responsibility in co-ordination with the Head Office.
To manage motivate and train staff to ensure performance is optimized, and level of staff competency is continuously upgraded.
