  • Experience in institutional sales (B2B marketing) preferably in pharmaceutical or health care industry (for instance, previously worked as Medical Representative)
  • Knowledge of institutional marketplace
  • Fluent in both Nepali and English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Should be pro in using statistical tools
  • Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email

Job Description

  • Generate revenue by promoting and selling company products
  • Should be able to reach minimum sales target with customer satisfaction
  • Handle orders, complaints and other inquiries
  • Perform cold calling and maintain sound industry networking so as to establish new customers
  • Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed
  • Process sales data and progress reports
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Handle billing issues
  • Assist sales and marketing manager in developing appropriate sales strategy to increase quality customers
  • Study competitors’ products and suggest ways to improve company’s products
