APAC Sales Head of Business Development- Robotics

As the APAC Sales Head of Business Development for Surgery Robotic System Products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market penetration of our robotic surgical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This position reports to Vice President – Asia Pacific.


Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the development of new business opportunities with potential clients and existing accounts in assigned prioritized geographies.

Practice capital Lead Management model to focus on right customer segmentation through STP.

Focus on increasing portfolio share of Robotic products and services, in assigned region- from lead prospecting ( cold, warm,Hot) to customer acquisition to customer delight.

Lead the planning and implementation of business growth initiatives by working closely with local country leaders and Customers in a inclusive manner.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to enhance the product portfolio and market reach.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, surgeons, and industry influencers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective product launches.

Initiates and manages new product development projects with clients, from scoping to commercial launch

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, supply chain etc. to ensure seamless product delivery and high quality service.


Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of successful business development in the medical device or healthcare industry, with focus on high value capital of > 1Mn$+. Experience of Surgical robotic systems – soft tissue/hard tissue would be an added advantage

Strong understanding of the healthcare market, regulatory landscape, and surgical trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
