Job Description

Managing the operations of the Tea Bar a minimum of 6 days a week, with full-time working hours. Working times may vary on a daily basis, with time available during the day provided operations are running smoothly

Other Responsibilities include:

Oversee a staff of two waiters.Report directly to the Baskota Group board.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of tea, including its history, growing, manufacture, different styles, regional cultures, preparation and flavour profiles.
Adhere to and further develop the operational protocol of the venue.Financial management including daily cash sales management and stock control.
Oversee the marketing of the venue including including traditional and online media profiles, as well as develop new, creative marketing proposals
Manage events on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
