Work in close coordination with Procurement Manager to maintain minimum stock level, reordering level
Keep all the merchandise items in a proper condition without damages
Issue goods to concerned facilities by filling necessary forms
Do the physical counting of all items each and every time the goods is received
Maintain a proper filing system
Keep the goods in proper order as per the type of product or say scientifically
Order the items as per need through SharePoint
Maintain the quality of goods and items received. Ensure the goods received are as per the standard specified. Store the goods according to the correct specifications.
Ensure the Challan system is in place
Maintain the report of all items received
Prepares necessary forms or documentation for inventory records, payment of invoices, and billing end-user.
Receives equipment, materials, or supplies ordered verifying against specifications on requisition or other documents.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the store rooms. Keep the stocks in proper condition without any damage from the insects or damps among many
Maintain Stock Book of each item
Maintain the record of damaged items received from Vendor and report the concerned person
Maintain the record of damaged items received from facilities and do the needful replacement
Coordinate and cooperate with the facility team on daily operations and smooth work flow.
Maintain FIFO and LIFO systems as per the guidelines.
