Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA/BBS in literature, communication, Business, News media or public relations is preferable)
Deep understanding of current social media, specially Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google plus. Knowledge of social media software will be given preference
Excellent professional copywriting and content development skills in English
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing
Familiar with text editing and should have good presentation skill.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of communities, social media trends and should have analytical observation capacity
Adept to contemporary social media trends and mobile applications

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive search, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit publish and share daily content (original text, image, video, html(optional)) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Setup and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Create editorial calendar and syndication schedule
Continuously improve by capturing and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Idea formation, content development and coordination with the team by leading social media campaigns time to time
