Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out branding and marketing functions as planned to enhance brand popularity among the customers & increase market share of the company’s services. Execute all the administrative and logistic function related to branding & marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and organize necessary information required to plan advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Create, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies or vendors. Ensure efficiency in tasks assigned to them.
- Coordinate with sales & marketing team, agencies and vendors for preparation of promotional materials.
- Assist in inspecting layouts and editing scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material.
- Recommend innovative ways to reach out to the target consumer groups.
- Carry out all the administrative and logistic functions to execute in-field marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are consistent with the marketing plans in time, budget and scope.
- Ensure promotional activities create a unique customer service experience and help in increasing brand awareness and build customer loyalty
- Manage social media marketing
- Coordinate research activities
