Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales operations, motivating the team to achieve targets, and ensuring consistent performance through coaching, monitoring, and strategic coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets
Supervise day-to-day sales activities and evaluate individual and team performance
Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to team members
Ensure effective lead allocation, tracking, and timely follow-ups by the sales team
Monitor sales KPIs and prepare periodic sales and performance reports
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
Maintain team discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment
Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies and process improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Experience in training, coaching, and motivating sales teams
Ability to handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Office Timing: 7 AM to 3 PM
