Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Human Resources Operation Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations and support key HR initiatives. The role requires 2–3 years of HR experience with strong hands-on knowledge of HR software, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle using HR software (onboarding to exit)
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data in HRIS
Support recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interview coordination
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation processes
Assist in payroll inputs, salary revisions, and statutory compliance
Manage employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting, and MIS through HR software
Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements
Lead HR operations strategy aligned with business objectives
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication

Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of relevant HR experience
