Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a Sales Officer who can professionally handle sales inquiries, follow up with potential customers, convert leads into clients, and manage all related documentation. The role also includes preparing government-sealed quotations and assisting with official paperwork when needed.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident, and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities

Respond to sales inquiries through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
Follow up with potential customers and turn leads into confirmed sales.
Prepare government-sealed quotations, proposals, and other required documents.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client details, and follow-up notes.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Provide basic product details and assist customers with their questions.
Support the sales team in preparing reports and organizing meetings or client visits.
Follow up for payments and ensure all documentation is completed on time.

Other Specification

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory).
Good communication skills in Nepali and English.
Comfortable preparing quotations and handling office documentation.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Well-presented, confident, and able to communicate professionally.
Good organizational and time-management ability.

Preferred (Optional) Skills

Experience in B2B or technical sales.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems or industrial equipment (training will be provided).
Understanding of government quotation or tender processes.
