Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team at Entegra Sources Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting client needs throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide timely support and solutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Track customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Prepare and share customer reports, updates, and feedback internally.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling (if applicable).
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
