Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the HVAC industry. Candidates must be willing to work in the field, visit sites regularly, and contribute to business growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC sector, including contractors, builders, architects, property owners, and dealers for Aircon Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Generate qualified leads by identifying and visiting new construction sites to promote the company’s air-conditioning solutions.
Gather detailed information about new construction projects, including project owners, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company’s product range and service capabilities.
Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing, terms, and profitability guidelines.
Coordinate with dealers and channel partners, manage orders, and maintain healthy business relationships.
Expand business in assigned territories and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as installation, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to effectively position Aircon Nepal's offerings in the market.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC, home appliances, or related field preferred (freshers encouraged for HVAC sales)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of sales processes and business concepts
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented mindset
Must have knowledge of the local market/area
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word
Must be local to the assigned working area
