We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our team in the automobile industry, specifically within the heavy vehicle segment. We are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to our growth across three strategic locations: Itahari in the Koshi region, Kathmandu in the Bagmati region, Butwal in the Lumbini region.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while working with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the heavy vehicle segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction companies, leveraging your network for business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and understand customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Management or a B.E. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment, cement industries, truck/tipper, or related construction sectors.
Proven knowledge and a strong network of contacts within the construction industry in the relevant provinces.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
