Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource activities and support the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a sound understanding of HR practices and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
Assist in preparing employment contracts, HR policies, and other official documents.
Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, and performance evaluations.
Handle employee queries and support the resolution of workplace issues.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and compliance with company policies.
Assist in organizing employee training, engagement activities, and development programs.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or personnel administration is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR documentation.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work effectively in a team.
