Aircon Nepal Pvt. Ltd. works in the HVAC-R sector in Nepal. We sell, install and service air conditioners, refrigeration systems, cold rooms and cold storage, and we also take on HVAC projects for commercial and industrial clients.

About The Job

We need a Marketing Executive who can look after our marketing work and also go out into the market to bring in new business. You will handle our social media and campaigns, work with our dealers, meet consultants and contractors, and pass good leads on to our sales team.

The job is a mix of office work and field visits. You don't need to be a technical expert from day one, but you should be interested in learning about our products.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run marketing campaigns, offers and brand activities through the year.
Look after our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn pages. This includes planning content, running ads and replying to enquiries.
Find and follow up on leads for ACs, VRF systems, chillers, cold rooms, cold storage and our service business.
Keep track of upcoming hotel, hospital, commercial and industrial projects so we can approach them early.
Meet consultants, contractors, developers and corporate clients, and keep in regular touch with them.
Visit dealers and retailers, and help them with showroom branding and local promotions.
Arrange product presentations, exhibitions and events.
Take photos and videos of our completed projects, collect customer feedback and use them in case studies.
Keep an eye on competitors' products, prices and offers.
Work with the sales, projects and service teams so that every lead gets proper follow-up.
Prepare regular reports on leads, campaigns and market updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, BBA, BBS or a related subject.
At least 2 years of work experience in marketing.
Experience with HVAC, engineering, construction, electrical or home appliance products will be a plus.
Good communication skills in Nepali and English, both in person and over the phone.
Comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing.
Good at following up and keeping records organised.
Ready to travel for dealer, client and site visits.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
