Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Managers to help expand AG Express's logistics and trade services across Nepal. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing B2B relationships, acquiring customers, maintaining key accounts, and expanding AG Express's presence within their assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Generate leads and acquire new B2B customers.
Handle customers and manage client's'finances.
Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, traders, importers/exporters, e-commerce companies, manufacturers, and other potential clients.
Promote AG Express's courier, freight, logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, and trade services.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service proposals.
Understand customer logistics requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and business conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, sales activities, and business performance.
Represent AG Express professionally in the assigned market.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Courier, Freight, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
Proven track record in B2B sales and business acquisition.
Strong corporate/client network with traders, importers/exporters, e-commerce businesses, or manufacturers.
Practical knowledge of logistics, freight, customs, import/export, warehousing, or fulfilment.
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Fresh graduates may apply as an Intern/Trainee.
