Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer - Real Estate to handle sales and business development activities for Aadar Trade Mall. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, promoting available commercial spaces, conducting property visits, and achieving sales targets.

Project: Aadar Trade Mall

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on potential sales leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Understand clients’ business and investment requirements and recommend suitable commercial spaces.
Promote available spaces and provide clients with clear information about the project, pricing, and facilities.
Arrange and conduct property visits for interested clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Prepare sales proposals and presentations as required.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Participate in meetings, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on project details, market trends, pricing, and competing properties.
Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by management.
