Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee the procurement process for hospital supplies, equipment, and services.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet hospital requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and ensure compliance with hospital standards.
Maintain records of procurement activities, including vendor details, orders, and payments.
Ensure all procurement activities align with the hospital's budget and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and ensure quality standards are met.
Support the management of tender processes for large-scale equipment or services.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferably Master’s Degree).
Experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector (with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary Range: NPR 40,000+ per month (As per experience)
