Responsible for the duties assign by the HR- Department
Responsible for Local Issues & PR with Correspondence
Manage coordination with the Project In-charge in several Department
Have to travel to sites and manage the grievances of the employee
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests
Welcomes new employees to the Site by conducting orientation
Provides information to Corporate HR department by collecting time and attendance records
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
Maintains quality service by following organization standards
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Other duties assigned by management time to time
