We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced HR Officer (Department Incharge) to oversee and streamline our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will take charge of daily HR functions, manage recruitment and employee relations, enforce organizational policies, and lead the HR team to foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR operations, preferably with experience in team supervision or department management (healthcare/hospital sector experience is a plus).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and modern HR practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, attendance management systems, and MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Attributes: High level of integrity, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle pressure effectively.
