Job Description

  • Making marketing plans for the entire group to increase brand awareness and brand value
  • Managing the group's PR
  • Ensuring all corporate level collaterals including website is managed and up to date
  • Ensure all companies under the corporation are aligned with the corporate identity
  • Screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Preparing basic reports and financial data
  • Training and supervising other support staff
  • Customer relations as required
  • Attending meetings when executive is absent on behalf of him/her
  • Representing the corporation in various media-related meetings
  • Working closely with all the companies under the corporation to ensure
  • marketing is running smoothly
  • Getting feedback from all the employees under the corporation
  • Managing grievances and increasing efficiency of employees under the corporation
  • Other work related to assisting the executive in daily tasks
