Job Description

Operations Managers are responsible for the hands on management, coordination and implementation of direct services, which include but are not limited to: coordinating service orders, delegating staff, problem solving, record keeping, and reporting daily service requests. This position manages and supervises direct service staff and interns. The Operations Managers report to Program Director.
