Job Description

  • Recruit and Train Personnel and allocate responsibilities.
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparations.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).
  • Organize and Supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
  • Deal with clients and  manage a smooth flow to give best of services .
  • Enhancing a smooth functioning of Accounts Department and maintining a close relationship with clients.
  • Taking leadership in solving legal issues, coordinating with Legal Advisors or Mentors.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with Doctors,Nurses,Caregivers & other staffs and facilitating in smooth implementation of Rooster,Schedule and Timings in correspondence with respective Head of Departments.
  • Leading and working together closely with different departments and overseeing its proper functioning.
