Job Description

  • To provide logistic support services  (making inquiries, ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, collecting quotations and information’s etc)
  • Keep track of the visits of the principles and extend necessary assistance.
  • Assist in Printing, Scanning, Typing. Formatting CV’s etc as and when necessary.
  • To draft agreements (with principles, resource personals)
  • Assist Accounts/Finance in making payments to resource persons for projects. For this keep track/record of the project activities/payments.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports of the organization and circulate to all the concerned. Keep track of budget versus expense.
  • Take care of filing/records related to administration and operations of the organizations (company policies, associate information’s, visiting cards, utilities, brochures etc) and keep it up to date.
  • Take care of stationeries and office equipments.
  • Ensure office is maintained clean.
  • Assist to prepare vouchers and records daily on accounting software.
  • Take care of filing/records related to administration and operations of the organizations, project file and keep it up to date.
  • Maintain up-to-date asset ledger of project office.
  • Visit client office, banks and tax offices as and when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date and separate record of income and expenditure of project.
  • Assist to collect timesheets of Resource Persons and send timely claim/invoice to client following payment schedule mentioned in the contract with client.
  • Prepare and submit VAT return and TDS return filing on due date, finally report it to finance manager.
  • Handling petty cash.
