Department: NOC (Network Operations Center)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor, operate, and support network infrastructure on a 24/7 basis. The role focuses on network monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation management, and ensuring high availability and performance of carrier-grade network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and actively inspect overall network infrastructure
Oversee safe installation of hardware and cabling systems
Respond quickly to network issues and escalate to concerned departments
Track and document network issues and compile reports
Troubleshoot network/system infrastructure problems
Resolve escalated concerns in a timely manner
Escalate appropriately to departments and vendors

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or awaiting results
Experience: 1+ year in ISP/network-related roles
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, including OLTs, carrier-grade routers, and switches. CCNA certification is an advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in all shifts and under pressure
