Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Driver Consultant to support company transportation operations and official duties. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of road routes, safe driving practices, and the ability to maintain company vehicles in proper condition.

The candidate must be punctual, professional, and capable of supporting staff transportation requirements while ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official duties
Transport staff, visitors, and company personnel as required
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles
Follow traffic rules, road safety standards, and company policies
Maintain vehicle logbook, fuel records, and travel documentation
Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and report maintenance requirements
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off for official assignments
Support field/site office transportation requirements when necessary
Coordinate and communicate effectively through Viber and WhatsApp
Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications:

Intermediate Pass preferred / SLC Pass minimum
Minimum 8 years of professional driving experience
Valid driving license is mandatory
Basic English speaking and communication skills required
Familiarity with Kathmandu and site office road routes

Additional Requirements:

Punctual, disciplined, and responsible personality
Good understanding of road routes and traffic regulations
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Willingness to travel to site offices when necessary
Physically fit and capable of handling transportation duties efficiently
