Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	Not Required

Nepali citizenship, or Nepali residency with deep understanding of Nepal's government and culture.
Fluent in Nepali and in English
Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research, or training
Experience working on M&E on a donor funded, and preferably USAID-funded project.
Experience collecting and analyzing data
Experience in developing training programs, workshops, knowledge portals or databases.
Experience working on donor-funded projects preferred

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist:
Help develop and support implementation of a project monitoring program, including developing indicators, conducting baseline and subsequent surveys, collect and analyze data and report on results.
Ensure that results and lessons from project activities are recorded, catalogued, and disseminated to stakeholders.
Support development and coordination of training programs, project workshops, and other learning activities.
Employment Date: Starting early 2016, three-five year contract
