Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or graduate with required experience in respected area in a reputed hotel or corporate house with minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in a reputed hotel/resort
Candidate must have solid F & B background
Food planning & lost control
Supervise the restaurant & bar staff
To liaise with kitchen & food store maintain adequate food & beverage stocks at all times
Post daily reports to head office
Candidates with experience in new hotel pre-opening and departmental set up are encouraged to apply.
