Job Description

Must have strong knowledge of GDS- Amadeus & Sabre.
Handling Inquiries related to Domestic and International Air Tickets/Fares.
Carry out all follow-up procedures related to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation, rescheduling, and reissuing of air tickets.
Maximize sales and revenues by converting the inquiries related to domestic and international air tickets.
Handling the GDS reporting with cancellation, refund, reschedule, and reissue of Air Tickets. Advising clients about fare rules and options.
Sales reporting & reconciliation with office executives.
Must have excellent skills in using Microsoft Office products.
Must be fluent in speaking the English language.
Must have excellent communication skills with airlines & customers.

Required knowledge and Skills:

2-3 years of Amadeus/Sabre Airline Booking System experience.
2-3 years of working as a Travel Executive/Consultant.
2-3 years of strong Customer Relationship Management and Good Computer Skills.
