The job of a sales representative involves working outside the office environment obtaining potential customers and maximizing the sales of a Baskota Group’s Organic and Natural products. This is usually done through visiting potential establishments and negotiating with the clients in person. Thus, applicants for this job are expected to have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills as the job demands describing products to persuade potential clients to make a purchase/place an order. Representatives are also required to keep daily records and carry out market research.
