Outstanding conceptual, analytical and communication skills.
Previous experience working in the Property Development industry is desirable.

Establish marketing strategies for overall corporate entity and individual business units.
Measure the success of marketing programs against defined goals and necessary recommendations for adjustments.
Contribute to design and distribution of marketing programs such as web, newsletter, direct mail, advertising, flyers and referral programs.
Develop a weekly and monthly status report on marketing activities in line.
Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
Develop and maximize industry connection to promote CE and pursue business opportunities in coordination with CE Team.
