Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our night shift team as Call Center Representatives. As a Night Shift Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client, providing exceptional service and support during overnight hours. This position offers an opportunity for night owls and those seeking flexible working hours to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Enter customer information and order details into the system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Document any necessary follow-up actions and ensure timely completion.
  • Adhere to established call center procedures and guidelines. Follow scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate technical details in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
