HR Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management and organizational development within the institution. 

Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Develop job descriptions, advertise vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate employment offers.

Employee Relations:

• Maintain a positive and motivating workplace environment. Address employee concerns, manage conflicts, and lead employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Manage employee benefits programs and oversee compensation structures to ensure competitiveness with industry standards.

• Assess training needs, design and implement training programs to non-teaching staff, and provide coaching to enhance employee performance.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies. Maintain accurate employee records and support diversity and inclusion efforts.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce strategies, plan staffing needs, and enhance talent management processes.
