Position Overview: The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all HR operations within a fast-paced outsourcing environment. This role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance, supporting client requirements, and fostering a high-performance culture. The HR Manager will work closely with internal leadership and client-facing teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialized outsourcing roles.
Coordinate with operations and client account managers to forecast staffing needs.
Manage talent pipelines, job postings, sourcing strategies, and recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process, including client-specific compliance.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Develop engagement initiatives to reduce attrition common in outsourcing environments.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management

Implement performance appraisal systems tailored to project-specific KPIs and SLAs.
Coach supervisors and team leads on managing performance and feedback.
Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and disciplinary procedures.
Analyze performance trends and recommend workforce development strategies.

4. Training, Development & Compliance

Oversee training programs for soft skills, technical skills, and client-mandated processes.
Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and outsourcing industry standards.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and training compliance reports.
Lead initiatives in leadership development and competency building.

5. HR Operations & Policy Management

Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS updates.
Track HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring cycle time, and HR costs.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and internal controls.

6. Client Support & Collaboration

Liaise with client HR/operations teams to align staffing, training, and compliance needs.
Participate in client audits, business reviews, and workforce strategy discussions.
Ensure HR standards support SLA/KPI requirements of client projects.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing/BPO/KPO/IT services industry.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance.
Experience in handling high-volume staffing, client-specific projects, and multi-location HR operations is preferred.

Professional Skills

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and outsourcing industry standards.
Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll, performance management tools, and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
Competent in employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
