Executive Search Unit at merojob is currently looking to hire a Human Resource Officer for one of its clients in the E-commerce Company. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires close collaboration with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in candidate selection.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and induction.
Assist in employee onboarding, orientation programs, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing verified employee information, attendance data, and related documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative operations and respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs to support employee skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Track HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven HR decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of human resource practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management or HR operations.
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance will be an advantage.
