Job Description

AITC is seeking a full-time Human Resource Coordinator for our Software Engineering team at our Bhaktapur office. The role is responsible for daily reception duties such as, documentation, office emails, as well as assisting employees and customers with other day-to-day office activities. 

You will work with the Office Manager to develop a positive outlook and productive culture in the office. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in employee engagement, office operations, and logistics, and event planning. The Human Resource Coordinator role is a full-time, in-office position supporting office operations.

  • Provide support for employees, and customer by assisting with administrative requests.
  • Be the first point of contact at the reception desk welcoming visitors, accepting mail and packages, ensuring that the lobby/reception area is organized, and managing our visitor/mail software system.
  • Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level.
  • Partner with the Office Manager to triage and close out employee requests and queries.
  • Ensure that the office supply areas and conference rooms are fully stocked, neat, and organized.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all department partners and work across internal teams at AITC.
  • Assist Office Manager as needed with special operations.
