About Position: We are looking for a self-starter with passion in HR who wants to begin their experiential learning working in a MNC setting. This person would be critical for the success of the overall HR functions and will work closely around all HR initiatives.


Contract Type: Traineeship

Term: 6 months

Job Description

As a Human Resource Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks mentioned below:


  • Active involvement in data management.
  • Assist in end to end recruitment process.
  • Track the probation/trainee period expiry of employees.
  • Interview arrangement of candidates.
  • Update employees’ required credentials (academic, citizenship, passport etc).
  • Assist in preparing correspondence related to HR.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs.
  • Proactively find areas to assist in all other HR functions.
Job Specification:

Educational Level and Experience Required

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed; Master’s Running/Completed (Master preferred)

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Demonstrated interest in HR and willingness to learn
