Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant field from a recognized University
• At least 3-4-year work experience in related field in similar organization
• 1-2-year work experience in similar role

Other Specification:

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement, maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency in English language and fluency in written and spoken Nepali
