  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an executive / senior management position with marketing knowledge and good public relations. 
  • Preference shall also be given to those having worked as high ranking Government Office. 
  • Must have good Public Relation with Government, Corporate People. 
  • Excellent English writing/reading capability, Excellent team leading capability and Sound administrative and legal knowledge.
  • The successful applicant should be accountable for the strategic direction and growth of the company as well as active management of daily business activities.

Job Description

  • Closely work in co-ordination with CEO in implementing policies and regulation.
  • Closely work with all employees / team in facilitating planned things.
  • Streamlining and improving all activities of the company including Admin/ Store/ Sales/ Marketing/ Customer care etc.
  • To make sure any task/work be achieved on time as per defined target/deadline. Target or Deadline should strictly be met.

HR and Recruitment

  • New Recruitment/ Training/Monitoring and Supervising.
  • Clear Job Responsibilities and monitoring mechanism to define for each staff.
  • Define Team/ Roles/ Responsibilities for each project.
  • Schedule Reporting System to develop for all staffs to give
  • HR Policies/ Staff Performance Appraisal/ Training and Development.

Daily Operation/ Admin

  • Staff Office Attendance and monitoring all staffs.
  • Logistic/ Procurement
  • To solve any issues related Employee/ Customer 
  • All Admin related tasks including office Cleanliness/ Document Management
  • All other day to day activities.
  • Schedule Monitoring : Weekly Supervision of all Product Team including Software/ Security/ Hardware

Accounts :

  • Receivable Collection
  • Expense Control

Task related to sales and marketing.

  • Be in touch with key customers
  • Possible Business lead generation

This is a very senior management level Position. Salary no bar for right candidate and will be negotiable.
