We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administration / HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the focal point of our company, responsible for a wide range of administrative and HR duties. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and fostering a positive and collaborative environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for the company, managing reception duties with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between various departments on both internal and external matters.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external non-air vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely and quality services.
Administrative Communication: Act as the central point for all administrative and management communication to employees.
HR Duties:
- Drafting appointment letters, experience letters, and other official correspondence.
- Preparing attendance reports and managing employee records.
- Issuing warning letters and handling other disciplinary communications as required.
- Disseminating management messages to all teams.
Event Organization: Coordinate and organize office events, including managing logistics and dealing with vendors.
Executive Assistance:
- Maintain the Chairman's daily calendar and diary.
- Provide daily reminders of upcoming meetings and appointments.
- Take detailed notes and minutes of meetings for further dissemination and follow-up emails.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative and HR role is required.
Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: An outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality is crucial for this role. The candidate must be someone with whom all employees feel comfortable.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
