Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a mid-level HR Officer to join our team. We are a leading travel agents and tour operators in the industry, and are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and help us achieve our objectives.

The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with regulatory concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be developing and implementing the HR policies in the company
Preparing for recruitment of the employees, creating detailed Job Description and posting advertisements for vacancies
Head hunting by seeking out qualified candidates through social media and face-to-face meetings
Preparing questionnaires, setting up for interview and assisting in selecting the employees
Preparing employee contracts and providing training and development activities
Preparing performance reviews format and promotion of the employees
Conducting disciplinary action and maintaining employee records
Updating policies, hiring the right employees, creating payroll process and maintaining employee records
Assisting performance management process

NOTE:
Two wheeler license holder and two wheeler holder are preferred

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's/Master's level (HR specialization preferable)
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
To qualify for this role, you must have previous experience in HR field (experience in travel field is preferable)
Fluent English speaking with convincing skill and excellent written communication are required with Knowledge of other languages an advantage
Handling HR issues in the company effectively and efficiently
Reporting HR activities
Command of MS Office Applications (MS Word, excel etc.), power point, Internet and Email etc.
You must have excellent time management, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
You should have strong ethics and must be reliable
You should have Charming and outgoing personality and pleasing voice
Ability to work extended hours under varying work schedules and frequently meet rigid deadlines
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to read instructions, directions, letters, memos and other written materials
Must be willing to work even under stress and out of usual working time
