Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage core human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, ensuring compliance, supporting hospital operations, and fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and accreditation standards.
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting.
Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead training, development, and talent management programs to support staff growth and organizational needs.
Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations.
Coordinate with department heads on workforce planning, staffing requirements, and operational support.
Maintain accurate HR and administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
Supervise HR and administrative staff, vendors, and service providers.
Support hospital management in organizational planning, policy execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

MBA in Human Resources / MHCM or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
