The company is looking for a "Sales and Marketing Officer" with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding sales and marketing-related legislation.
We are looking for a skilled Sales and Marketing Officer who will be designing and implementing marketing plans for company products, coordinating with media representatives and sponsors, working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, and answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish client base of different domestic and international groups through outside and inside marketing effort for the purpose of securing business for Travel to ensure that predetermined sales expectations were met or exceeded.
- Develop and maintain remarkable professional relationship with key clients in order to produce group business
- Responsible for correspondence(inbound/outbound/ticketing/VISA), negotiate and prepare contract.
- Plan and communicate to all departments about the requirements of the customers.
- Meet with the potential clients, describe about the travel products, convert it into sales and distribute the company’s brochure as well.
- Conduct sales calls and convince clients for the purchase of travel products (VISA, ticketing and Inbound/Outbound tour packages).
- Correspondence, marketing and follow up with existing and potential clients(domestic/international).
- Update the travel products in all the company’s social medias. Also, create awareness to the client’s worldwide by marketing and promoting our company to new or niche markets, and then sell travel products and tour packages.
- Identify international market, create and maintain professional relationship with the international agent and collaborate with them to sell the travel products.
- Implement innovative ideas such as digital marketing (SEO, website handling) for promoting business.
- To increase product sales and new client growth targets, provide high-quality client service and a customer retention approach to managing client relationships.
- Answering customer questions on the phone, via email, or through online chat services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Understanding customer needs and offering them with their relevant travel services. Also, handle customer inquiries and strive to exceed their expectations, as well as provide top-level sales reports.
- Creation of marketing campaign, execution of integrated marketing strategies and raise the brand awareness, organize and attend marketing meetings and activities.
- Aggressive selling of outbound and inbound tour packages, ticketing and VISA.
- Maintain tracking system of all potential customers. Also, conduct market research to identify promotion and growth opportunities.
