Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking motivated and reliable Maintenance Fitters to join our technical team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance or factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Monitor machinery performance and report issues promptly
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Maintain records of maintenance work and spare parts usage
Follow safety procedures and mechanical standards
