Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Recruits, Interviews, Hire, and Train
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Develop, promote and implement opportunities for employee development and training programs.
  • Enhances the organization’s HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Support the provision of payroll related reporting(e.g weekly KPIs and manager reports) both scheduled and on request.
  • Implements maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Manage company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of documentation of overall activities and implementation of day-to-day HR functions.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned by the concerned authority.
  • Advances Human Resources staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Perform other duties as required by the management.
