  • Knowledge of HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Training & development etc.) 
  • Good understanding of Labor law  
  • Good computer proficiency (Microsoft office)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Flexible to travel as per requirement

Job Description

  • Implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Continuous recruitment as per the requirement
  • Digitally keep track of attendance, leaves and overtime calculation 
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information
  • Performance management of customer support executives
  • Initiate employee engagement activities
  • Preparing Training need analysis report and initiating trainings as and when needed  
  • Coordinate with the management for disciplinary and grievance issue
